We created this space for families who raise children with love, bare feet, real doubts, and meaningful decisions.

Here we don't sell empty promises, but products tested by our own family, designed for other families like yours.

I'm Ana, an early childhood teacher, a mother of two girls, a lover of free and respected childhood, and a fan of crafts, meaningful toys, and beautiful things that last.

The story of Arrumaquitos began as many important things do: in the midst of a search. When I finished my degree, I felt that the traditional path (exams, classrooms with impossible class sizes, rigid schedules) was turning me off more than it was turning me on. Education fascinates me, but it also frustrates me: how can you truly support children if you don't even have time to look them in the eye?

With all my savings, enthusiasm, and a pinch of good-natured recklessness, I launched my business. I bought my first laser cutter, a cutting plotter... and that's how it was born. Arrumaquitos , a small custom shop I opened on Etsy, made with love, coffee, and many sleepless nights.

Then we moved to Germany—my husband, our passion, and I—and for three years I worked at Krippes, Kitas, and Horts with children ages 0 to 12. I learned a lot, but the business had to stop. Between work, the language, and living in a tiny apartment, there was no room (literally or mentally) to start a business.

But then our two daughters arrived, and with them, a change of perspective. We realized that a tribe isn't improvised, that childhood requires roots, and that there's nothing like growing up close to grandparents, cousins, long meals, and hugs without video calls. So we decided to return to Spain and start over... with more experience, more purpose, and more enthusiasm than ever.

And here I am: resuming Arrumaquitos , now with a clear focus: Respectful footwear and conscious parenting . I only sell what I've tried, what I would use with my daughters, what has worked for me as a mother and as a teacher. Because I'm tired of paying double for labels that say "active pedagogy toy" when there are equally valid, more honest, and more affordable options.

I deeply believe that childhood needs less plastic and more respect. Less empty marketing and more consistency. And that's what you'll find here: a small shop, yes, but with soul. Each product has been chosen, tested, and approved by our family, who are also part of the team.

Because even though I sign the emails as Ana de Arrumaquitos , there are actually many of us:
